Day 2 - Tabata Power

Well, today it's christmas eve.

Nevertheless, let's workout :D
Today I feel more sored, specially in my legs...

Perfect workout! Tabata power, besides the 4minutes for warm-up, is composed of two series of exercises (20s ON + 10s REST).

I have maxout "so" early mainly because around the 9th minute, the exercises were pull-up rows followed by pull-ups exercises and so I "maxed" out.
Beyond that, I felt more and less confortamble on the exercises.
