Day 9 - Tabata Power+Abs

Insanity Family,

my first big achievement!
Today I started finally with the 10min AB-Power (crazy btw) and my max out time was 3min55s. It's 10 exercises, 1min each, with very high impact.. It's really tough.

Regarding tabata power, it was my third tabata!
And man, I pushed so much further! I was able to resist the push-ups section and even went through the cardio circuit, having maxed out during the ab exercises around minute 20!! Almost 10min improvement from last week! I feel so blessed :D

Week 2 - Day 8: Cardio Challenge

Guys,

The beginning of the second week matches the second time I do Cardio Challenge.
Overall I felt a little better, even though the first time I maxed out was a little bit early than my first time - maybe this happened because of my body is still sore from last week.

Nevertheless, I only stopped for more and less 3 seconds around minute 9:24s.

My "real" max out time was 12min 53s, which is a nice improvement in only 1 week!

Day 6 and Day 7 - Rest

Guys,

Day 6 and Day 7 were rest! Day 8 starts today so be aware of the progress!
Week 2 is equal to week 1, so let's improve our results :D :D

Day 5 - Friday Fight round 1

DUDE

CRAZY workout.

15min - 30s rest - 10min - 30s rest - 4min
This undoubtly was the most difficult workout of the week.

I can relate Friday Fight round 1 with pure cardio / max cardio from the original crazy insanity. Nevertheless, this one is more body-specific, whilst the others were more related to cardio workout.

I suffered a little bit but this was the end of the first week!
5 days of great workouts, I am more motivated than ever!

Day 4 - Tabata Power

Tabata power once again guys!
This is a workout fully dedicated to several parts of your body: legs, arms, chest.

Once again, i struggled in the push-ups and so i maxed out early.
Nevertheless, I felt way more comfortamble with the exercises and so I am proud :D

Day 3 - Sweat Intervals (Christmas :D)

Today's weight: 85.5kg

Well, merry-XMAS to everyone.

This workout was just less than 12h after my last workout.. nevertheless, no excuses. Just do it to your MAX!

MAN, CRAZY WORKOUT. Sweat Intervals is 5min full throttle!! Crazy crazy crazy stuff, I had to clean my sweat from the floor like 5 ou 6 times! But in the end, you smile because you love it :)

Day 2 - Tabata Power

Well, today it's christmas eve.

Nevertheless, let's workout :D
Today I feel more sored, specially in my legs...

Perfect workout! Tabata power, besides the 4minutes for warm-up, is composed of two series of exercises (20s ON + 10s REST).

I have maxout "so" early mainly because around the 9th minute, the exercises were pull-up rows followed by pull-ups exercises and so I "maxed" out.
Beyond that, I felt more and less confortamble on the exercises.

Day 1 - Cardio Challenge

People,

Day 1 - 87.2kg

Day 1 was the Cardio Challenge - Shaun T compares it to the Insanity Fit test - it's a way of evaluating your performance over time.

The workout structure is the typical: 4/5 exercises of 30seconds each, with the difference that, since the beginning, you must give everything you got!

I feel a bit sored, specially in the lower body, but that's the goal! :D

Day 0

For every reasons and plus one (a typical portuguese saying), this day, the 22th of December 2014 will always be a very special day in my life. I guess I will never forget it!
Today, I will post my day 1 photos, as well as my initial weight and all the statistics regarding my body fat.

Most of these statistics I won't be able to register everysingle day, but I will control very tightly my weight!

Abstract

From 22th December on, I will begin my new fitness journey.
This journey will be accompanied via Internet in a daily basis.

The goal is to inspire people in pursuing their own dreams, and mine is to be more and more healthier, as well as fitter.

My fitness workout will start by Insanity Max 30, the recent Insanity workout from Shaun T.
