Day 1 - Cardio Challenge

Day 1 - 87.2kg

Day 1 was the Cardio Challenge - Shaun T compares it to the Insanity Fit test - it's a way of evaluating your performance over time.

The workout structure is the typical: 4/5 exercises of 30seconds each, with the difference that, since the beginning, you must give everything you got!

I feel a bit sored, specially in the lower body, but that's the goal! :D
