Day 26 - Friday Fight round 1

Omg, friday is day of pain...
Even Shaun T, the original one, can't handle this workout!

It is so difficult.. around minute 8, i'm being repetitive but nevermind: in-out abs + knee tap. IT IS PAIN + PAIN + PAIN. 1minute of that... 30s I can still handle it, but 1 MINUTE is insane.

Tabata strength baby, put those triceps working on insane push-ups :D
I feel way more comfortable overall and that is showing in my training results.

Day 23 - Tabata Strength

OK, are you ready for this?

Tabata Strength is FULL but FULL of push-ups, with ZERO breaks over 30minutes.
It's crazy... crazy... and more crazy.

It is hard on the triceps, chest, shoulders and abs.. I did good I guess, but the next three times will hurt!

Day 22 - Cardio Challenge

Hi again guys,

Beginning of 3rd week, and I have a smile. Smile due to my effort and huge commitment to my body and my workout.

Day 20-21 : resttt

Actually, during this last week I hadn't time to workout on friday, and so, since i started this week on tuesday, I finished my week today, Sunday.

Nevertheless, I see results. I see improvements. I DIG DEEPER, everyday.
Today I will post my 22 day photo :) and in two weeks.. we can compare the difference :)

Day 19 - Friday Fight

Hi all,

Third "second" week has ended, with Friday Fight once again.
I felt overall much better, but my max out time was more or less the time of the first week, around the nine minute.

I don't fell bad about it, because I remember that I really struggled to finish in the first and second week, and so I felt better and I went further. :D

Next Monday will start week 3, with tabata strength now! Can't wait for it.
