For the 1st month, this is the calendar.

  • Sweat Intervals + Ab Attack: 10
  • Tabata Power
  • Tabata Strength
  • Friday Fight: Round 1
  • Pulse – This one is optional as bonus for 6th day

And for the 2nd month, the crazyness will be as follow.


  • Max Out Cardio + Ab Attack: 10
  • Max Out Sweat + Ab Attack: 10
  • Max Out Power
  • Max Out Strength
  • Friday Fight: Round 2
  • Pulse – This one is optional as bonus for 6th day
Besides the calendar, it's very important that you keep up with your diet in a daily basis.
