Hi all,
Third "second" week has ended, with Friday Fight once again.
I felt overall much better, but my max out time was more or less the time of the first week, around the nine minute.
I don't fell bad about it, because I remember that I really struggled to finish in the first and second week, and so I felt better and I went further. :D
Next Monday will start week 3, with tabata strength now! Can't wait for it.
