This exercise is the most 30minutes DVD workout EVER.
I swear, it is really really TOUGH!!
Words can't describe it, you just need to do it. It starts kind of smooth, but once you go to the floor for knee-touches, in-out abs and so on, you fell in really pain.
This is the only workout where I really struggle. Besides the exercises being extremely hard, the workout time is very big -15min + 10 + 4, which doesn't give me enough time to clear my sweat from the floor...
