Guys,
31st December 2014, I started with Ab-power 10minutes.. I lasted 3min and 25s xD It is really tough ab-workout, and I didn't rest enough from having worked the abs so it wasn't that bad :P
Regarding sweat intervals, it is the most similar exercise to the original insanity. 5minutes, non-stop, with a lot of lunges, burpees and push-ups that leaves you absolutely insane xD My time wasn't very good but.. shit happens. Let's recover next week!
