4th tabata power, I tried to resist at my very best to the push-ups circuits and I couldn't. I gave up in the last 20seconds, I couldn't do it anymore. That's the point of Max OUT, you try until you cannot go any further. Then you rest and you get back to it. By doing that, you are constantly improving. :)
Almost in the end of week 2, I feel good. But this week my nutrition wasn't that good.. so I need to recover fast.
