Day 13-14 rest + ERRATA

Guys,

This week I should start week 3..
But my nutrition this week was extremely bad, and therefore I decided to repeat week 2.
I feel confortamble with my decision and so this week it will be Abs+Cardio Challenge; Tabata Power; Abs+Sweat Intervals; Abs+Tabata; Friday Fight.
