Guys,
The beginning of the second week matches the second time I do Cardio Challenge.
Overall I felt a little better, even though the first time I maxed out was a little bit early than my first time - maybe this happened because of my body is still sore from last week.
Nevertheless, I only stopped for more and less 3 seconds around minute 9:24s.
My "real" max out time was 12min 53s, which is a nice improvement in only 1 week!
