CRAZY workout.
15min - 30s rest - 10min - 30s rest - 4min
This undoubtly was the most difficult workout of the week.
I can relate Friday Fight round 1 with pure cardio / max cardio from the original crazy insanity. Nevertheless, this one is more body-specific, whilst the others were more related to cardio workout.
I suffered a little bit but this was the end of the first week!
5 days of great workouts, I am more motivated than ever!
